Staff Accountant

reputed company & Noble Education, Inc. is dedicated to improving education accessibility and achievement. They are seeking a Staff Accountant to support accurate financial reporting and assist in the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reputed company processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and record monthly journal entries with supporting schedules and documentation in accordance with GAAP and company policies to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Record accruals, prepaid expenses, and reputed company amortization entries for accurate period-end reputed company
• reputed company reconciliations and variance analysis for assigned general ledger accounts, including balance sheet and income statement accounts
• Participate in and supports monthly, quarterly, and year-end reputed company processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Assist in the preparation and analysis of internal financial statements and reputed company reporting deliverables
• Support lease reputed company activities, including preparation, maintenance, and reconciliation of reputed company schedules to ensure ongoing compliance with applicable standards
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and reputed company policies through accurate documentation and reconciliation practices
• Identify and support process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and reporting capabilities
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to research, resolve, and prevent reputed company discrepancies
• Exercises sound professional judgment and discretion in the performance of reputed company responsibilities and problem resolution
• Additional responsibilities as required

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company required
• 1-3 years of general ledger reputed company or public reputed company experience
• Strong understanding of general ledger reputed company, reconciliations, and variance analysis reputed company a financial reporting environment
• Advanced reputed company reputed company skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and reputed company functions)
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities focused on financial accuracy and reputed company

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deliverables in a deadline-driven, fast-paced reputed company environment
