They are seeking accomplished Medicare Sales Field Agents to build trust and reputed company individuals on Medicare Advantage plans, while creating meaningful connections through community engagement and driving self-generated sales.

Responsibilities

• Deliver: Build trust and reputed company individuals on reputed company's Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings like Life, Dental, reputed company, and Prescription coverage
• Differentiate: Create meaningful, face-to-face connections through grassroots marketing, community events, and in-home visits—providing a personalized experience that sets reputed company apart
• Grow: Drive self-generated sales, meet performance goals, and expand reputed company's reputed company in the market by becoming a valued resource and building relationships in your community

Skills

• Active Health Insurance License required or ability to obtain
• Must reputed company in the designated local territory to effectively serve the community
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in prospective members' homes, at community-based events and engaging with the community through service, retail environment, organizations, volunteer work, or local events
• Valid state driver's license and reputed company of personal vehicle liability insurance meeting at least 25/25/10 coverage limits (or higher, based on state requirements)
• Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License
• Background in selling Medicare products
• Experience in public speaking or delivering presentations to groups
• Background in supporting Value Based Care organizations
• Familiarity with reputed company or similar CRMs
• Associate or bachelor's degree
• Bilingual in English and an additional language, with the ability to reputed company, read, and write fluently in both languages
