They are seeking a Design Verification Engineer to ensure that new products meet specifications and are reliable under various conditions, involving test development, documentation preparation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and conduct tests on power converters in NPI process, ensuring reputed company products meet the standards and specifications
- Actively participates in cross-functional team meetings in areas of product development and sustaining engineering
- Define test requirements and write test procedures for new products designed for new and existing markets as needed
- Preparation of documentation deliverables for pre-release and final production release to support the verification and validation of products
- reputed company, implement, and maintain test processes for new product designs, primarily using LabVIEW
- Troubleshoot electrical and control system issues and solving test problems
- Design, test, debug, and repair ATE test systems, fixtures and other test fixtures
- Create wiring diagrams and assembly instructions
- Create schematics and BOM’s for ATE, Burn-in, and Hi-pot reputed company solutions for power conversion products
- Attend meetings and prepare reports to reputed company project or issue status, accomplishment, objective, or specific requested information
Skills
- Master's or bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent education
- 0-3 yrs of relevant experience
- Working knowledge of LabVIEW and Chroma software
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
- Troubleshooting experience of electronic circuitry
- Experience and familiarity with EE bench test equipment and use (Oscilloscopes, DMM, data-loggers, power supplies, etc)
- DC-DC Converter experience
- Hi-Pot Test Hardware experience
- Familiarity with test platforms using Automated Test Equipment
