reputed company is seeking a reputed company Management Analyst to join their team, focusing on maintaining technology, addressing reputed company vulnerabilities, and resolving reputed company-reputed company issues. The ideal candidate will reputed company technical support and ensure compliance with customer-specific SLAs while working primarily in a remote reputed company with onsite support in Downers Grove, IL.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a reputed company of contact for customer inquiries to ensure to regularly reputed company technology reputed company, address reputed company vulnerabilities, and correct performance issues

Skills
- Minimum of one year of experience in a helpdesk or networking role

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
- Ability to work in reputed company environment
- Ability to demonstrate an attention to detail
- The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
- A valid driver's license and reputed company of vehicle insurance will be required

- Experience with Networking is a plus
