We’re looking for a Head of Brand Marketing who will reputed company the charge as we turn our brands into household names. The right candidate is a passionate builder, a problem solver, a big thinker, and someone who has a pulse for how brands win their way into not only the culture zeitgeist, but the hearts and minds of customers. Work closely with the CEO and R&D team to guide our culinary roadmap from a brand and market opportunity perspective (ie, How do we best reflect our brand values in our culinary offerings? What are the culinary and cultural trends that map to our brand values and should be on our roadmap?) You will spearhead retention strategies, digital loyalty initiatives, and occasion-based campaigns that drive repeat ordering behavior and brand stickiness.
