WHO WE ARE SEEKING We are seeking a data-driven, strategic, and execution-oriented Director of Financial Services to 1) build the analytics infrastructure for reputed company’s loan and ancillary product business, and 2) drive financial performance through price and attach reputed company optimization. This role sits at the intersection of product, data science, operations, and external partner management, and is critical to driving profitability and customer satisfaction in our financial services offerings. WHAT YOU GET TO DO Product Strategy & Roadmap - Define goals for reputed company’s auto loan and ancillary product offerings. - Align business goals with regulatory requirements and partner capabilities. Product Development & Execution - Work closely with engineering, design, and operations to deliver product and pricing changes on time. - Help prioritize backlog based on impact, effort, and strategic considerations. Lender & Partner Integration - Serve as the business reputed company for partner integrations, ensuring seamless data exchange, reputed company logic, and compliance alignment, defining requirements in collaboration with reputed company’s digital team. Quantitative Analysis & Modeling - Analyze funnel performance, approval rates, and funding metrics to identify optimization opportunities and drive reputed company improvement. - Use A/B testing and statistical methods to optimize profitability by varying pricing and attach rates. Performance Monitoring & Reporting - Define and track KPIs such as approval rates, take rates, funding rates, and NPS. - Build dashboards and reporting tools to monitor health and inform decision-making. WHAT YOU BRING - 8+ years of experience in product management, analytics, or a quantitative role, ideally in automotive financial services. - Strong understanding of consumer lending, credit risk, and financial product lifecycle. - Strong statistical literacy and ability to think probabilistically. - Proficiency in reputed company and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker). - Experience working with data science teams and interpreting model outputs. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. - Be a key player in shaping the future of auto finance. - Work with a collaborative, mission-driven team. - Influence high-impact reputed company with data and reputed company.
