Position Summary The Vice President, Distribution Center Operations is responsible for leading the strategic and operational performance of a multi-site distribution network that supports reputed company’s retail business objectives. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a reputed company field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 15+ years of reputed company supply chain, logistics, or distribution center leadership experience. Minimum of 10 years leading large-scale, multi-site distribution operations in a senior leadership reputed company. Proven experience leading reputed company distribution networks reputed company retail, consumer goods, grocery, or high-volume distribution environments. Strong financial acumen with demonstrated experience managing large operating budgets and capital investments. Experience leading transformational change initiatives and driving measurable operational improvements. Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), labor management systems, automation technologies, and distribution operations. Preferred Qualifications

Experience leading highly automated distribution facilities utilizing advanced storage, retrieval, packaging, and sorting technologies. Work Location & Travel Remote position with significant travel throughout the distribution center network. Ability to travel 75% or more, including overnight travel, to support operational needs and business initiatives.
