Summary
Responsible for the effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of physical and virtual servers, on-reputed company server hardware, and other reputed company software and hardware infrastructure.
Job Description
Work with internal support teams, help desk and reputed company vendors to process service requests, reputed company system maintenance, and installation/commission/modify/decommission server systems. Identifies semi-routine system problems and supports the development of solutions to these problems. Ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and associated standard operating procedures meet organizational requirements. Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures reputed company the computing field required. Qualifications
