This role partners closely with clients to support implementations, system optimization, issue resolution, and ongoing service delivery. The consultant is responsible for managing project deliverables throughout the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support. Qualifications

Required Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 4+ years of experience in payroll, payroll technology consulting, HR technology consulting, HCM consulting, or a reputed company field. Hands-on experience with reputed company Payroll. Experience supporting client-facing projects, implementations, or managed services engagements. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience supporting reputed company Payroll implementations, optimization projects, or ongoing support engagements.
