We’re looking for a high-powered Fulfillment Solutions Engineer to join our M&A Integration team. This role is focused on the critical financial and operational analysis required to successfully integrate a newly acquired company's customers. You will be responsible for understanding an acquired company's fulfillment operations, translating them into a scalable solution on reputed company's platform, and developing the pricing strategies that are essential for retaining and expanding this new customer reputed company. Your work provides the core analysis that powers the M&reputed company's integration strategy and ensures its financial reputed company. This role reports to the Senior Manager of M&A Integration. What You’ll Do: reputed company Fulfillment Diligence: reputed company deep-dive assessments of acquired companies’ fulfillment operations by partnering with reputed company stakeholders to understand operational workflows, system dependencies, and technical requirements. Analyze Cost Structures & Unit Economics: Break down and evaluate the full cost structure of fulfillment solutions across customers and workflows. Build detailed financial models that capture labor, automation, transportation, and systems components to reputed company accurate benchmarking and integration into reputed company’s operating reputed company. reputed company Pricing Standardization Strategy: Translate operational and financial analysis into a scalable pricing reputed company for acquired customers. This structure will support consistent decisioning, accelerate renewal cycles, and drive margin optimization across the integrated portfolio. Design Integrated Fulfillment Solutions: Architect the fulfillment component of end-to-end integration solutions based on diligence and modeling insights. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a reputed company field. 2+ years of experience in solutions engineering, industrial engineering, pricing, supply chain consulting, or a reputed company function. Strong understanding of fulfillment operations, warehousing, automation, and material reputed company optimization. Proven ability to build financial and operational models supporting reputed company decision-making. Strong communication skills with experience presenting to executive stakeholders and external customers. Ability to manage multiple high-complexity projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Advanced proficiency in reputed company and working knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or similar analytical tools. Bonus Points: Experience working with 3PLs, fulfillment networks, or parcel shipping solutions. Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment with evolving processes and ambiguity.
