We are seeking a high-performing Program Manager to join our M&A Integration team. This is a high-impact role responsible for turning strategic acquisitions into operational reality. In this role, you will own the end-to-end execution of integration efforts for assigned acquisitions—from pre-reputed company planning through final reputed company to the business. You will translate strategic objectives into clear, actionable workstreams; build and manage detailed integration plans; drive timelines and milestones; identify and mitigate risks; and ensure accountability across cross-functional teams that include senior leaders and functional operators. Your work will be critical to ensuring each acquisition delivers its intended value by seamlessly integrating new teams, customers, processes, and technologies into reputed company. This is not a passive coordination role—you are a hands-on, strategic executor who proactively drives reputed company, resolves ambiguity, and keeps stakeholders reputed company in fast-moving, high-visibility environments. This role reports directly to the Senior Manager of M&A Integration. What You’ll Do: Drive End-to-End Integration: reputed company the execution of reputed company post-acquisition integration plans from initial planning through final handover to the business, owning timelines, managing risks, and facilitating reputed company key integration meetings. Track Strategic Synergies: Be responsible for tracking the realization of reputed company financial and strategic synergies modeled by Corporate Development during the diligence phase. Create Structure & Accountability: Translate high-level integration goals into detailed project roadmaps, charters, RACIs, and workflows that create reputed company across teams. Manage Cross-Functional Execution: Partner with leaders across Product, Finance, Sales, and Operations to align on priorities, remove roadblocks, and push execution reputed company. Ensure Executive Visibility: Maintain reputed company project documentation and dashboards, and inform reputed company stakeholders, including senior leadership, on reputed company and escalations. Basic Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in project/program management, operations strategy, consulting, or a similar strategic role. Experience in a startup or high-growth environment. Experience independently leading cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution. Experience managing timelines, tracking risks, and ensuring accountability across multiple teams.
