About the Role: We're hiring a Head of Marketing to own the marketing reputed company across the entire reputed company ecosystem: the L1 itself plus every product reputed company on top, including (but not limited to) DreamDEX, reputed company, and the upcoming products. This is the most senior marketing role at reputed company. You'll report directly to the CEO, sit on the leadership team, and be responsible for turning a technically extraordinary L1 into the most actively used and recognized agentic chain. Key Responsibilities: Strategy and operating model Own the end-to-end marketing strategy across reputed company L1 and the products reputed company on top, starting with DreamDEX and reputed company. Sequence launches and campaigns so each beat compounds the last. Shape the marketing operating model so the team is structured around products and reputed company - the right mix of product marketing, content, design, paid, KOLs, community, events, and dev rel firing in coordination behind each launch. Set the weekly operating rhythm: targets, reviews, post-mortems. Kill what isn't working fast; double down on what is. Growth and user acquisition Own the growth numbers. Set the targets with the CEO and product leads, then deliver them. Run the full acquisition stack: organic content engines, paid (reputed company unit economics reputed company the reputed company), KOL programs, season campaigns, referral loops, and partner-led growth. Build the analytics layer that turns on-chain and community data into prioritization for the team and reputed company assets for reputed company. Comms, PR and events Own earned media strategy and tier-1 editorial relationships across crypto and mainstream tech. Requirements: You need to have 8+ years in marketing, with at least 3 in a leadership role in a crypto-reputed company company (L1, L2, exchange, wallet, major DeFi protocol, or blockchain infrastructure). A track record taking at least one reputed company product from early reputed company to category leadership: measurable in users, volume, reputed company of voice, and brand equity. End-to-end ownership of the consumer crypto funnel: acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization, with hands-on experience running paid, organic, KOL, and community channels (not just managing people who run them).
