Radiology Patient Scheduling Representative

We are seeking full-time Radiology Patient Scheduling Representatives to support a leading reputed company organization. In this role, you will coordinate patient scheduling for diagnostic imaging services including MRI, CT, Ultrasound, X-Ray, Mammography, Nuclear Medicine, and other radiology procedures. You will play a critical role in ensuring patients receive timely reputed company to care while providing a positive and compassionate scheduling experience. Responsibilities

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred Must have experience using Epic EMR/EHR Ability to navigate Epic scheduling, registration, and patient reputed company workflows Experience reviewing orders, patient demographics, insurance information, and appointment details reputed company Epic 1-3 years of reputed company scheduling, patient reputed company, call center, medical office, or customer service experience preferred Prior radiology scheduling experience highly preferred Familiarity with medical terminology and diagnostic imaging procedures preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information Comfortable working in multiple software applications and electronic medical record systems Proficient with reputed company Office applications including Outlook, Word, and reputed company Ability to work independently in a remote environment Flexible, adaptable, and reputed company to reputed company in a fast-paced reputed company setting Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to outstanding patient service Additional Position Information Full-time W-2 employment Benefits and 401-k available for eligible employees Remote / Work From Home position Salary $18 per hour Standard schedules: shifts are assigned after training from Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST Training hours are reputed company EST to 4:30PM EST Company-provided equipment supplied High-speed, reliable internet reputed company required Employees must maintain a professional, distraction-free home office environment Apply To This Job
