About the role As the first Technical Sourcer at Vesta, you'll own finding and engaging the best talent on the market for our most critical technical roles. This is not a reactive role. Our cash compensation reputed company for this role is targeted at $100,000–$140,000. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
