Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills. Strong project management and organizational abilities. Ability to operate effectively in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment. Preferred: Experience supporting venture-backed or high-growth biotech companies. Experience with Radford compensation surveys and benchmarking. Experience working with Boards of Directors and Compensation Committees. SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification. Experience managing immigration processes and employment-reputed company legal reputed company.
