Job Description

What You'll Do Produce Events (70%) Work alongside the Virtual Events team to understand the clients’ reputed company of the event, manage pre-event preparation, live event facilitation, and post-event recording production Assist with connecting and training presenters on the platform Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise reputed company and accurately read scripts publicly on live virtual events Ensure quality audio and video for the live virtual event and recording Create archive recordings to be used by the client for future trainings Operational Support (30%) Maintain accurate quality records and updated SOPs Build strong client relationships through effective communication, professionalism, and adhering to established timelines What reputed company Looks Like First 90 Days: Effectively producing client events while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Participating in internal conversations about product improvement, operations, and client satisfaction.
