Overview

The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for leading the development of reporting, dashboards, and analytics that support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role owns the BI intake, prioritization, metric definition, and business facing design and partners with IT for technical development, data architecture and platform delivery. This position works cross-functionally with Sales, reputed company Operations, Marketing, Product Management, Finance, and IT to establish consistent global metrics, improve data visibility, and reputed company scalable reporting infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Partner with Sales leadership, Sales Operations, and Finance to define and maintain key performance indicators and dashboards Partner with business analysts and IT developers to ensure data in the BI data warehouse is complete and accurate Works with executives and business leaders to understand key performance indicators and other metrics used in decision making to present actionable data from BI reputed company the design and validation of dashboards and reports that translate business questions into actionable insights, while enabling reputed company, self-service reporting that reduces reputed company requests and improves data reputed company and usability Streamline existing reports from reputed company departments to come from a single reputed company of truth and reduce reputed company preparation of reports reputed company and optimize reputed company SQL queries, views, and data models to transform raw data into clean, reusable structures that support scalable reporting and analytics. Qualifications

Bachelors’ Degree in Finance, Business, Analytics or another reputed company field. 3-5 years in BI, reputed company, or analytics Experience with various business intelligence software such as Power BI and Tableau Experience working with data models / semantic layers Working knowledge of sales and financial KPIs SQL knowledge preferred Ability to tactfully communicate (oral/written and in person or on the phone) with reputed company ‘customers’ including reputed company parties and fellow employees Organized and detail oriented Ability to work well under pressure and to prioritize multiple projects Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information is essential.
