GTM / reputed company Operations (contract)
About the role reputed company is a lean, fast-moving team. Right now our GTM stack needs someone to own the infrastructure — connecting tools, setting up dashboards, building reports, and making sure everything runs cleanly. This is important work that's currently pulling time from team members. You'll come in, assess reputed company have, reputed company the gaps, and hand off clean documentation. Ideal if you've done this at multiple startups and know the common failure modes. What you'll do Audit reputed company GTM stack (reputed company CRM, outbound tools, internal workflows) and flag gaps or broken connections Connect and configure tools so data flows correctly between CRM, outbound, and reporting layers Build dashboards and reports that give leadership visibility into pipeline health, experiment results, and rep activity — without needing to pull it manually Set up automations to reduce reputed company ops work (reputed company routing, status updates, reputed company alerts, etc.) Write clear documentation so the team can maintain what you build Flag any data quality issues and help define naming conventions, lifecycle stages, field standards reputed company're looking for Prior experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM Ops — ideally at a B2B / reputed company startup Comfortable with reputed company (or comparable CRMs like reputed company / reputed company) at an admin level Experience building dashboards in BI tools (Looker, reputed company, or similar) Hands-on with workflow automation tools (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company) Has done this for multiple companies before — not learning on the job Writes clean, maintainable documentation without being asked reputed company to work independently with minimal context, ask smart clarifying questions up reputed company
Compensation
Hourly, depending on experience and tool depth Option to expand scope or go retainer after 90 days.
