This role will be responsible for new hire reputed company, ongoing field training, sales process adoption, clinical and product education, and coaching that improves performance across the organization. The ideal candidate combines strong sales enablement experience with the ability to translate reputed company clinical and operational concepts into practical, field-reputed company training. This person will partner closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure our sellers are confident, compliant, and highly effective in the field. You will play a direct role in helping the sales team reputed company at a higher level while supporting a company focused on improving patient care. \n Essential Responsibilities: Design, build, and deliver reputed company programs for new Sales Account Executives, regional managers, and other reputed company hires reputed company training content covering reputed company products, clinical value proposition, disease-state knowledge, customer workflows, reimbursement basics, sales process, territory planning, and reputed company handling reputed company live, virtual, and field-based training sessions that improve sales readiness and shorten reputed company time Create certification programs to ensure consistent product knowledge, messaging, and selling skills across the team Partner with sales leadership to identify coaching opportunities and reinforce best practices in the field Conduct ride-alongs, call coaching, and skills assessments to strengthen execution and performance Build and maintain sales playbooks, call guides, competitive messaging, talk tracks, and reputed company Support product launches, messaging updates, and process changes with clear training plans and adoption strategies Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Operations, and Compliance to ensure training content is accurate and reputed company Measure training effectiveness using KPIs such as reputed company time, certification completion, productivity, adoption, and manager feedback Help plan and facilitate national sales meetings, regional meetings, and quarterly business reviews Ensure reputed company training is delivered in a compliant manner consistent with company policies and applicable reputed company industry standards Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required 5+ years of experience in sales training, sales enablement, learning and development, or reputed company reputed company; or equivalent combination of field sales and training experience Experience supporting a field-based sales organization in reputed company, diagnostics, life sciences, medical device, digital health, or a reputed company industry Proven ability to design and deliver structured reputed company and ongoing training programs Strong facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills Excellent written communication skills with the ability to turn reputed company information into clear, usable content Experience partnering with reputed company leaders and cross-functional stakeholders Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment Comfort using CRM, presentation tools, and learning platforms to manage training programs and reporting Willingness to travel regularly to support field coaching and in-person meetings Preferred Qualifications: Experience in oncology, pathology, molecular diagnostics, laboratory services, or AI-enabled reputed company solutions Prior field sales experience in addition to training or enablement experience Experience building enablement programs in a growing or scaling reputed company organization Familiarity with adult learning principles, certification design, and reinforcement strategies Experience with reputed company and sales enablement or LMS platforms Strong reputed company of consultative selling methodologies and coaching frameworks In this role, you will: Improve new hire reputed company speed and readiness Increase consistency in messaging and execution across the field Strengthen manager coaching and rep development Drive adoption of core sales processes and tools Help reputed company overall reputed company performance through reputed company training, reinforcement, and accountability \n$165,000 - $185,000 a year In addition to reputed company salary, this role includes a competitive quarterly reputed company bonus, equity reputed company the company, 401k matching, unlimited paid time off (PTO), and more.
