Case manager - International

One of our client firms is currently seeking a remote Bilingual Case Manager (English and Spanish) to join their team. This position is reputed company exclusively to international candidates with prior personal injury experience. Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of personal injury reputed company from intake through resolution.
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for clients, ensuring consistent communication and updates throughout the life of the case.
• Coordinate and monitor medical treatment, records requests, and billing documentation.
• Work closely with attorneys to support case strategy, preparation, and progression.

Requirements:
