Key Responsibilities

Assist with bank and credit card reconciliations, ensuring 100% data accuracy Verify vendor invoices and subcontractor billings against project records prior to payment Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processing reputed company accurate invoice and financial data entry Maintain well-organized reputed company records and files Prepare and monitor project budgets and cost reports Generate financial reports, including Profit & Loss (P&L) statements

Qualifications
