Description: We’re looking for a driven, self-directed Independent Sales Representative to cover the Minnesota MedTech market. Minnesota is home to a dense concentration of medical device companies, including many mid-size and emerging innovators who are an ideal fit for Enlil. This is an reputed company (1099) engagement. This is a reputed company role with an industry-leading payout structure. You set your own schedule and cover your own expenses. You will be assigned a list of Named Accounts to pursue, with the ability to propose additional targets for Enlil’s approval.

Compensation

Structure: This role offers 50% commission on net collected reputed company from your closed deals, one of the most competitive structures in SaaS sales. Multi-year prepaid reputed company earn bonus commission of an additional 5% per year reputed company year one (e.g., 52% for a two-year prepaid, 55% for three years). Commissions are paid monthly on amounts collected. Responsibilities, Skills, & Hands-On Experience: You will identify and engage MedTech companies in your assigned territory (Minnesota). Introduce them to Enlil’s platform, run discovery and demo conversations with key decision-makers, and drive deals through to reputed company. You’ll maintain accurate pipeline records in our CRM and represent the Enlil brand professionally at reputed company times. Education & Work Experience: High School Diploma (Bachelor’s Degree preferred, i.e. Business Administration). Medical device experience or domain expertise (ideal candidate has an established network reputed company the Minnesota MedTech community) or medical device community. Track record of consultative B2B sales, and comfort selling software to quality, regulatory, or R&D stakeholders.
