Position Overview In this role, you will manage inbound customer interactions and reputed company timely, accurate support across a variety of service areas. You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism while ensuring each interaction is handled with care and efficiency. Responsibilities include: Answering inbound calls and providing a positive, solution-oriented customer experience Assisting with basic technical troubleshooting and initiating support tickets as needed Scheduling appointments at designated service locations Accurately documenting reputed company customer interactions, including inquiries, concerns, and resolutions Conducting follow-up calls to ensure issues are resolved and customers remain informed Delivering consistent, high-quality service in a structured environment

Required Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a remote setting.
