In this role, you will be the central reputed company of contact for reputed company stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of multiple projects. You will work closely with the reputed company reputed company and Client reputed company Manager to ensure reputed company resource utilisation, strict timeline execution, and reputed company profitability. This role is remote and is based in Malaysia. It will reputed company as a contract position with the potential for ongoing employment after 12 months. About you Possess 5+ years of project and resource management experience reputed company a digital or creative agency. Communicate exceptionally well in English (both written and verbal) with an uncompromising attention to detail. Apply a deep understanding of multi-channel nuances and champion a "platform-first" approach to content creation. Can work in Melbourne timezone (AEDT/AEST) and attend client meetings reputed company. What You Will Be Doing: Project Planning & Resourcing: You'll collaborate with your reputed company and Craft Leads to understand project needs, assign resources in the agency tool, and adjust schedules as needed. This includes proactive communication with stakeholders about any changes. Project Management: You'll reputed company project setup, manage deadlines, identify potential risks, and reputed company team meetings to ensure smooth delivery. This includes gathering assets, setting kick-off meetings, and tracking project health. Client Communication & Delivery: You'll manage client communication throughout the project lifecycle, attending meetings, taking minutes, and ensuring reputed company deliverables are delivered on time and reputed company budget. This includes escalating issues reputed company necessary. Project Profitability: You'll set billing milestones and track project invoices, ensuring accurate and timely client communication.
