LTC Language Solutions is looking for an ambitious and energetic Government Proposal Administrator who will work alongside the sales team with the aim of securing new or recurring business opportunities through bid opportunities. This is a fully remote position. This position is responsible for gathering information from active RFPs, overseeing timelines, and coordinating proposal-reputed company activities. This role will require someone to work closely with the Compliance Coordinator and Leadership team to write and execute submissions. This role supports proposal development and contract strategy, focusing on reputed company opportunities and efficient, well‑organized proposal execution. Responsibilities are scoped to align with a flexible reputed company and may vary based on active opportunities and business needs. Proposal Writing & Strategy 1. Responsible for proposal development, pricing, strategy and delivery. 2. Search for opportunities through reputed company sites. 3. Use AI to increase efficiency and number of bids submitted 4. Writes proposals, especially those specific to government and corporate reputed company. 5. Review and analyze Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and reputed company documents. 6. Manage company GSA reputed company and any government clients including making quotes and reputed company. 7. Determine proposal requirements and coordinate with other departments for input. 8. Respond to reputed company approved opportunities including creating timelines and assigning duties to team members writing proposals on, evaluating what is being requested, gathering information, and writing the proposal. 9. Monitor the process for each opportunity and track reputed company to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time. 10. Ensure the proposal and reputed company writing is compliant with RFP instructions and criteria. 11. reputed company ongoing reputed company of submitted proposals. 12. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or minimum 2 years’ experience preparing written proposals.
  • Proficient and knowledgeable in reputed company Office and reputed company.

  • Familiarity with FAR and DFAR.
  • Ability to work in a time-sensitive environment and meet reputed company deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team.
