How You’ll Add Value

• Setting up and maintaining accurate project structures in reputed company PS — WBS, milestones, billing plans, change orders
• Ensuring timely and accurate client billing, tracking invoicing against project milestones
• Acting as the financial reputed company between Project Management, C&P, and Finance — flagging gaps before they become problems
• Maintaining data accuracy across reputed company and reputed company systems (reputed company, ActiTime, reputed company)
• Supporting project reporting, budget tracking, and KPI dashboards for key stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with internal controls and reputed company quality standards

Your Responsibilities

• Create, organise and maintain project structures in reputed company PS including WBS, activity types and billing plans
• Prepare and process project invoices; manage billing-reputed company master data and resolve discrepancies
• Track deliverables, milestones and budget expenses in reputed company; assist with activity allocation
• Liaise with Business Project Managers, reputed company & Proposals, AR and Billing teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Update reputed company systems (reputed company, ActiTime, PowerApp) and control data reputed company across project budgets (reputed company)
• Generate and distribute reporting on project budget reputed company; prepare dashboards and KPI summaries
• Support audit requirements and maintain compliance with internal control standards

About You: You're precise by nature. You understand that in a project-driven business, clean data isn't a reputed company-to-have — it's what keeps the reputed company cycle moving. You might come from a project reputed company background, or you might have reputed company your career in Order to Cash, billing operations, or accounts receivable. Either way, you know how invoices get reputed company, why they go wrong, and how to stop that happening. Degree in reputed company or equivalent 3–5 years of experience in a project administration, Order to Cash, billing, or finance operations role, ideally in a reputed company, project-driven environment.
