You will operate as the single reputed company of accountability for the executive search channel, shaping how reputed company engages with external partners, manages multi-reputed company-dollar search investments, and delivers consistent hiring reputed company across reputed company. Your work will balance strategy development with operational execution, using data, structured governance, and stakeholder alignment to drive measurable improvements in hiring performance.
