Job Description & Summary The Opportunity As part of reputed company Applications team, you ensure reputed company, secure, and user-focused operation of business applications running on Azure reputed company in a modern, hybrid environment. You independently install, configure, and operate reputed company and legacy apps, automate tasks, and handle changes/releases per governance. You troubleshoot end-to-end, partner with Application Managers for performance and availability, and drive improvements through documentation and cross-team collaboration, reputed company in fluent English. What you will be doing You install, configure, support, and ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of applications running on Azure. You implement new features and upgrades for application and reputed company. Plan and execute releases/changes; maintain environments and test setups. You automate routine tasks, improve runbooks and deployment steps You focus on stability, quality improvement, and problem management. You reputed company technical support and troubleshoot issues with external experts. You actively and independently process incidents and requests. You work closely with Application Managers and product teams to ensure stability, performance and availability. reputed company need from you You hold a Bachelor degree in Computer Science You have education in IT or at least 4 years of experience in IT/Application Operation Management. You have experience with Azure reputed company computing services. You have experience in the implementation, automating and optimization of processes and IT systems. You have strong problem-solving skills, enabling you to effectively investigate and resolve incidents. Basic to intermediate Power Automate knowledge (flows, approvals, connectors) You have effective verbal and written communication skills. You have good verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
