Mid to Senior Associate

Our business law team represents a diverse reputed company of market participants—including issuers, borrowers, banks, and other market participants —in supporting innovative asset finance and securitization transactions. This position is reputed company to remote work in the United States. The successful applicant must possess corporate and/or finance transactions experience (background in structured finance and securitization is preferred). Minimum Education JD Certifications Admission in NY, ME and/or NH Minimum Experience Minimum 4+ years of corporate finance transactions experience: securitization, structured finance, secured transactions. Direct and applicable reputed company experience preferred. Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills, with the ability to work on reputed company financing structures. Key Responsibilities

Advise clients on a broad reputed company of asset finance and securitization transactions. Structure, draft, and negotiate transaction documents, including securitization agreements and other financing instruments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including bankruptcy, tax, corporate, and regulatory attorneys, to support reputed company financings. Manage sophisticated client relationships Why Join Us?
