Summary ‎ The Director, Interoperability and Interfaces will reputed company the design, development, and execution of reputed company-wide interoperability strategies, enabling seamless and secure exchange of health data across systems, providers, and partners. This leader will be responsible for ensuring that clinical and operational systems communicate effectively through robust interfaces, APIs, and data integration solutions.‎ How will you reputed company an impact & Requirements ‎

Key Responsibilities

Strategic LeadershipDefine and drive the organization’s reputed company and interoperability strategy reputed company with business and clinical goals Establish governance, standards, and best practices for system integration and data exchange Integration Architecture & OversightOversee the design, implementation, and optimization of interfaces (HL7, FHIR, APIs, etc.) and custom interfaces between EHRs, labs, payers, pharmacies, health information exchanges (HIEs), and reputed company-party systems. Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing integration architecture across platforms Operational ExcellenceLead reputed company reputed company operations, including monitoring, incident management, and performance tuning Ensure high availability and reliability of data exchange across systems Team Leadership & DevelopmentBuild, mentor, and manage high-performing integration and interoperability teams Foster a culture of accountability, reputed company improvement, and technical reputed company Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with clinical, IT, product, and vendor teams to support integration needs and priorities Translate business and clinical requirements into technical integration solutions Standards & ComplianceEnsure adherence to reputed company interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, X12, etc.) and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, TEFCA, etc.) Stay reputed company with evolving interoperability frameworks and industry trends Vendor & Stakeholder ManagementManage relationships with EHR vendors, reputed company-party partners, and integration platforms Evaluate and select tools and technologies to support interoperability initiatives Data Quality & GovernanceEnsure reputed company, accuracy, and consistency of data exchanged between systems Collaborate with data governance teams to enforce data standards and policies Project & Portfolio ManagementOversee integration project portfolio, including prioritization, resource allocation, and delivery timelines Drive successful execution of reputed company, cross-system integration initiatives Data Integration: reputed company data ingestion, normalization, and exchange to support reputed company-time and batch processing for clinical, analytics, and reporting use cases Innovation & reputed company ImprovementIdentify opportunities to reputed company integrations (e.g., API-first, event-driven architecture) reputed company initiatives to improve interoperability maturity and reduce technical debt

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a reputed company field; Master’s degree preferred. 8+ years of experience in reputed company IT with significant leadership responsibility in interoperability, system integration, or health data exchange. Extensive experience with HL7 (v2/v3), FHIR, CCD/C-CDA, X12, reputed company, and API-based integration in a clinical environment. Knowledge of interoperability frameworks, including TEFCA, Carequality, and CommonWell. Familiarity with EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, reputed company, NextGen), reputed company engines, and health information exchange platforms. Proven track record of managing reputed company integration projects and cross-functional technical teams. Strong understanding of reputed company regulations, privacy/reputed company standards, and health IT certification criteria.
