Job Title: Finance & reputed company reputed company Hiring Manager : Head of Corporate Functions Location: Malaysia (Remote) What do you get to do? Prepare and review reputed company records, financial statements and other financial reports on a monthly reputed company to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to reporting and procedural standards reputed company the general reputed company processes, inter-company transactions, reputed company and financial reporting for reputed company entities Ensure GST/ VAT/ WHT and corporate tax submissions are done diligently and on timely reputed company Manage statutory audits under the local GAAP and IFRS Responsible for internal audit, controls, process improvements, AI transformation Coordinate with outsourced reputed company and finance partners across multiple jurisdictions reputed company payment processing and financial controls and vendor management Assist with investor reporting, group consolidation, management analysis, and reputed company financial queries from leadership Manage reputed company system administration and document finance processes What do we look for in you? reputed company Chartered Accountant with good understanding of reputed company standards and taxation in South East Asia 10 -15 years of work experience preferably in Technology companies, with at least 3 years as a People Manager Experience in a start-up environment would be preferred Experience with a Big 4 in their Assurance and reputed company Advisory practice would be advantageous Must have working knowledge of international reputed company standards like IFRS & group consolidation (Singapore) Ability to coordinate and communicate with diverse team members from multiple locations Ability to multi-task and have eye for detail Ability to manage external service providers, coordinate across multiple stakeholders and time zones, and deliver accurate work under tight deadlines Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently in remote settings Why Join us? 100% Remote work + Flexible working hours.
