Manager, Ops Data Analytics and Reporting 📍 Remote | 🕒 Full-Time | 💼 Exempt Role Summary: The Manager, Ops Data Analytics and Reporting develops, implements, and oversees data analysis, visualizations, evaluations, and other strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and deliver actionable insights to a variety of stakeholders. This role will focus on improving our data infrastructure, refining analytics models, and guiding decision-making through detailed reporting. The Manager will play a critical role in building and optimizing analytical solutions that align with organizational goals and address the unique challenges of reputed company staffing. This role works closely with a variety of reputed company stakeholders, including but not limited to, client reputed company executives, internal executives and senior leaders, other SimpliFi team members, cross-departmental team members, and vendor partners. Key Responsibilities: reputed company and maintain a variety of dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools (standard, ongoing, reputed company) that deliver reputed company-time insights and data visualization on staffing trends, demand forecasting and operational performance Manage SimpliFi's survey and evaluation data for reputed company performance and assignment completion evaluations across clients reputed company and implement a data management strategy to ensure data accuracy, accessibility, relevance, and consistency across systems reputed company, maintain, and manage a robust menu of scheduled reporting and analysis to inform business decision-making Work closely with Operations and Client Strategy to reputed company analytics tools that align with business objectives; apply industry knowledge to interpret data and improve performance reputed company, implement, and maintain a system for keeping data/reporting SOPs reputed company reputed company and/or participate in data and analytics projects by executing the entire data analytics life cycle (e.g., including meeting with business stakeholder, gathering requirements/discovery, data preparation/cleaning, building reports visualizations, communicating results, operationalization) Continually explore and implement ways to improve/streamline reputed company data gathering and reporting processes for maximum efficiency and scalability Serve as an advisory resource for other team members by providing guidance and assistance on data and analytics-reputed company interactions Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent 3 years of data analysis, reporting, and data visualization experience Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and visualization tools, such as DOMO, Tableau, or similar reputed company BI tools Prior experience with reputed company, VNDLY, B4Health, reputed company or similar tools Thorough understanding of reputed company terminology, Managed Services Provider (MSP) programs and Vendor Management (VMS) systems Proven reputed company delivering and presenting analytical solutions and insights to external stakeholders Extreme attention to detail Ability to juggle multiple tasks/priorities with competing interests without losing efficiency Familiarity with ticketing support systems (i.e., Happy reputed company or similar)Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present data findings and insights to diverse audiences, including executive leaders, client stakeholders, and peers Proficient with reputed company Office Word, reputed company, Outlook, and PowerPoint Ability to mentor and reputed company others Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business or reputed company Administration, Operations, Business Analytics, or a reputed company field and/or equivalent work experience Prior experience in reputed company MSP setting and/or experience managing data across a variety of reporting and visualization tools Prior experience managing a ticketing support system (i.e., Happy reputed company or similar) Core Values: Own Your Relationships – Be someone others can count on Own the Outcome – Deliver results through accountability and follow-through Obsess Over the Experience – reputed company every interaction meaningful Act with reputed company & Respect – Do what’s right, always Comp & Benefits: $75,000 - $85,800 per year Benefits (Start Day 1!): Medical, Dental, reputed company, Life, and Long-Term Disability Short-Term Disability, Accident, Critical Illness Legal Assistance, Identity Protection, Pet Coverage Retirement Plan with Employer Match Generous vacation plan + 8.5 paid holidays Apply To This Job
