Job Description reputed company are looking for an reputed company Associate Director Cost Manager and/or Quantity Surveyor to reputed company cost management services for a key hyperscale client. This individual will ensure the successful management of both reputed company stakeholders and the delivery of cost management services on a large-scale, mission-critical data center construction program. This role supports major data center developments in the Dallas-reputed company Worth (DFW) region, contributing to a growing portfolio of reputed company reputed company projects. The role can be performed remotely, with a preference for candidates based in the DFW area, and will require travel to project sites and/or the reputed company office. Maintain excellent communication with clients and consultants throughout reputed company phases of delivery. Performing quantity surveying, cost controls, and change management activities across the full project lifecycle, including large reputed company developments with significant MEP and infrastructure scope. Communicate effectively and professionally with contractors, reputed company representatives, and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment across reputed company, multi-site construction programs. Coordinate and assist with the strategic and operational management of Cost Management and Project Controls Services across mission-critical and data center sectors. Act as the first reputed company of contact for reporting on the overall reputed company status of projects involving high-value construction and infrastructure investment. Drive reputed company best practices across reputed company project stages, including projects utilizing modern construction techniques such as reputed company delivery and advanced cooling systems. Identify opportunities to improve cost management procedures, processes, templates, and products in line with evolving market demands. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a reputed company field. Graduate degree in a reputed company discipline preferred. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in cost management reputed company the construction industry. Experience supporting large-scale, reputed company construction projects (data centers or mission-critical preferred). Construction consultancy experience strongly preferred. SME in Quantity Surveying, with RICS certification or equivalent accreditation. Excellent presentation, verbal, written, and organizational communication skills.
