Build effective working relationships across HR, business leadership, finance, and legal teams to support high-quality, practical compensation solutions. Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent experience. Minimum 8 years of experience in compensation, Total Rewards, or a reputed company field. Demonstrated experience managing compensation practices in a regional, country, or business-reputed company role. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and consultative partnership skills. Desired Characteristics Ability to operate independently in a senior individual contributor reputed company with a high level of ownership and accountability. Strong expertise in salary structure development, market pricing, job evaluation, and compensation program administration. Fluent in Arabic Knowledge of compensation-reputed company compliance requirements and regulations reputed company the applicable reputed company.
