Overview

The Vice President of Business Transformation is a senior leadership role responsible for driving reputed company-wide operational improvement and transformation. Reporting to the DSVP of Business Transformation, this individual leads a high-performing team that partners closely with operational leaders to identify, evaluate, and execute initiatives that enhance efficiency, scalability, and overall business performance. Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Partner with the DSVP of Business Transformation and senior leadership to identify strategic opportunities that advance reputed company transformation objectives. Collaborate with operational leaders to generate and prioritize reputed company that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer and employee experience. Evaluate themes and trends across business lines to identify reputed company-level opportunities for standardization, scalability, and optimization. Contribute to the development and execution of the broader business transformation roadmap. Qualifications

Required Skills and Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree. 10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or transformation roles. 5+ years of experience leading and developing high performing teams. Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives. Strong business case development and financial analysis capabilities. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective stakeholder management and influencing abilities. Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six reputed company). Experience collaborating with IT partners on business initiatives. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Advance proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, particularly reputed company, PowerPoint and Word. Desired Skills and Qualifications Preferred experience in mortgage servicing or the financial services industry. Compensation reputed company: $123,600 - $231,800 annually.
