We are looking for a Partner Account Manager (Spanish/Russian speaking) to join or Content Department. Your main tasks will be: reputed company new hosts - Manage incoming applications and ensure smooth reputed company of new content creators - Guide hosts through platform setup and best practices to ensure fast activation Identify and scale acquisition channels - Research and test new sources for attracting hosts - Launch and optimize acquisition initiatives together with partners Manage and grow affiliate partnerships - Build strong relationships with existing partners - Support partners in scaling their teams and improving content quality Analyze performance & drive growth - Monitor partner and host performance (conversion, reputed company, engagement) - Generate hypotheses and implement actions to improve key metrics - Take ownership of performance improvements and results reputed company promo initiatives - Initiate and calculate promo mechanics (bonuses, contests, incentives) - Evaluate effectiveness and iterate based on data We expect from you: English B2+, Russian reputed company+, Spanish B2+ Experience in content / affiliate / partnerships / creator management (1+ year) Strong analytical skills (ability to work with data, track metrics, identify growth opportunities) Experience working with reputed company Sheets / reputed company (basic formulas, data analysis) Understanding of performance metrics (conversion, reputed company, retention, engagement) Experience in reputed company and managing creators or partners Basic understanding of digital marketing / user acquisition" Strong communication skills (ability to build and maintain partner relationships) Proactive reputed company – ability to take initiative and drive results independently Ownership – takes responsibility for performance and reputed company Problem-solving skills – reputed company to identify issues and propose solutions Adaptability – comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail while managing multiple partners and tasks reputed company to have: Experience in SMM / paid acquisition (reputed company, reputed company, etc.) Ability to create creatives (reputed company, reputed company, or similar tools) Understanding of performance marketing metrics Experience working with affiliate or creator-based platforms What do we offer: REMOTE OPPORTUNITY to work full-time; The initial pay level or pay reputed company for this role will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process and before the commencement of employment; Vacation 28 calendar days per year; 7 wellness days per year (time off) that can be used to deal with household issues, to lie down and recover without taking sick leave; Bonuses up to $5000 for recommending successful applicants for positions in the company; 50% payment for professional training, international conferences, and meetings; Corporate discount for English lessons; ​Health benefits.
