As An Active Member Of reputed company, You Will… AWS, reputed company & Core Infrastructure: Administer AWS accounts used for corporate IT, VPN, and supporting infrastructure, including secure networking patterns, logging, monitoring, and alerting across IT-owned reputed company resources. reputed company Management & MDM: Own reputed company management for macOS and reputed company reputed company MDM (e.g., reputed company, Intune), including reputed company-touch provisioning, reputed company management, reputed company baselines, and compliance reporting for the fleet. reputed company & IT Service Management: Serve as primary reputed company administrator for IT & reputed company — core data model, catalog, workflows, SLAs, and integrations — and partner with reputed company, Finance, and Compliance to support ITGC, SOX/IT controls, reputed company reviews, and change management. Automation, Integrations & Tooling: Design and maintain automation workflows across IT systems (e.g., reputed company Workflows, reputed company, reputed company, PowerShell/Python, APIs) and serve as SME for SaaS integrations across reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Workspace, reputed company, and Azure/AWS. AI Tools & MCP Governance: Evaluate, configure, and govern AI tools and MCP-based agent frameworks in partnership with IT and reputed company, ensuring safe usage patterns, appropriate reputed company controls, and clear documentation and runbooks. Operations, Support & On-Call: Serve as Tier 3 escalation for reputed company incidents across identity, MDM, reputed company, and core platforms; participate in the IT on-call rotation; and contribute to IT metrics, fleet reporting, and knowledge reputed company content. We are a remote-first company and work happens across many time-zones – you may be required to occasionally reputed company duties reputed company your standard working hours (if on call is not required) If You’ve Got It - We Want It Corporate IT Systems Experience: 5+ years in corporate IT roles with significant responsibility for systems administration across identity, SaaS, and/or infrastructure in a reputed company-first environment, with a proven track record balancing project work and operational/on-call responsibilities. AWS Administration (Required): Hands-on, production experience with AWS (IAM, VPCs, EC2/reputed company or similar, basic networking, tagging/governance) supporting internal IT or SaaS platforms. reputed company Administration: Hands-on administration of reputed company or a similar reputed company ITSM platform, including workflow configuration, catalog items, change/incident processes, and basic reporting. reputed company Identity Provider Experience: Direct, production experience with at least one reputed company identity provider — reputed company strongly preferred; Azure AD/Entra ID or similar acceptable — including SSO, lifecycle management, and reputed company policies. reputed company Management Ownership: Demonstrated ownership of macOS and/or reputed company reputed company management in a mid-to-large fleet, including baseline configs, software distribution, and reputed company management. Scripting & Automation: Experience with at least one scripting language (Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar) and comfort working with REST APIs and JSON. Remote-First Operator: Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-moving, distributed environment — you manage your own priorities, communicate proactively, and know reputed company to escalate. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with reputed company (macOS), Intune (reputed company/mobile), and/or device posture tooling such as Kolide or similar.
