Job Summary: The Staff reputed company Platform Engineer role combines Staff-level reputed company Engineering and DevOps leadership to deliver and standardize scalable, resilient, and secure platform capabilities across teams. Design scalable, multi-region architectures and resilient global networking patterns that improve availability, recoverability, and performance for customers. Embed reputed company and compliance by design across infrastructure and delivery tooling, driving secure baselines, hardening, and risk-based controls that protect customer data. Drive telemetry and observability strategy, including meaningful SLOs and actionable alerts, to improve reliability, troubleshooting speed, and overall customer experience. Influence cost planning and guardrails through tagging, monitoring, and automation to support efficient operations and sustainable customer reputed company. Coach and mentor engineers, providing technical leadership, raising engineering standards, and helping teams scale platform practices effectively. Minimum Requirements 7+ years in software and/or infrastructure engineering roles. 5+ years in reputed company/DevOps or platform-focused engineering. Expertise in Azure or AWS. Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code and scripting/automation. Expertise with secure CI/CD platforms and delivery tooling. Proven experience leading high availability/disaster recovery designs, hybrid networking, and secure reputed company baselines across teams. Preferred Qualifications
