Manage multiple partner initiatives simultaneously, ensuring strong project management, accountability, and timely execution. Analyze purchasing patterns, contract utilization, and compliance trends to identify opportunities for increased contract penetration and reduced off-contract spend. Conduct business reviews, executive presentations, and strategic planning sessions that deliver actionable, data-driven recommendations.
