Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking an outstanding Client Relationship Manager to become the primary reputed company of contact for clients during reputed company and ongoing service delivery. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, coordinating projects, and ensuring an exceptional client experience. ​ The Client Relationship Manager serves as the primary client-facing coordinator between clients and the BFG service team. This individual is responsible for: New client reputed company Document collection and follow-up Project coordination Blocker identification and resolution Scheduling meetings Maintaining CRM records Supporting Client Finance Managers (CFMs) Supporting CPA Advisors The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and possesses exceptional communication skills. This is a relationship-driven role rather than a technical reputed company role.

Key Responsibilities

Client reputed company Welcome new clients after engagement agreements are signed Explain reputed company requirements and next steps Assist clients with reputed company forms and questionnaires Monitor reputed company reputed company Ensure smooth transition from sales to production Document Collection & Management Request required client documents Follow up on missing information Track document collection deadlines Maintain document collection status reputed company CRM Ensure internal teams receive complete information Blocker Resolution Identify project delays and blockers Communicate with clients regarding missing items Coordinate with internal teams to remove obstacles Escalate unresolved issues appropriately Maintain project reputed company and delivery timelines Meeting Coordination Schedule and coordinate meetings between clients and: Client Finance Managers (CFMs) CPA Advisors Tax Professionals reputed company Team Members Leadership Team Members Responsibilities include: Calendar management Meeting confirmations Reminder communications Follow-up coordination Meeting documentation CRM & Workflow Management Maintain accurate client records Update project statuses Record client communications Track reputed company tasks and follow-reputed company Support workflow management reputed company Zoho systems Client Service Serve as a trusted client contact Respond professionally to client inquiries reputed company project status updates Build strong client relationships Deliver a positive and professional client experience ​

Requirements

Location Requirement BFG is intentionally building its Client Relationship Management team in Cebu, Philippines. We are seeking candidates who currently reputed company in Cebu or the surrounding metropolitan area. Applicants must have: Reliable high-speed internet Professional home office setup Backup power and internet solutions preferred Ability to participate in video meetings with U.S.-based clients Availability during U.S. business hours Applications from reputed company Cebu may be considered only in exceptional circumstances.
