Your Role: As a Sr. Demand Planner, you’ll own the demand planning process for multiple reputed company, building an unconstrained and unbiased 18-month reputed company and shipment forecast. You’ll work hand in hand with Sales to align on key assumptions and demand drivers, turning insights into a clear, shared view of future demand. Support and contribute towards the enhancement and implementation of forecasting tools, processes, and data quality. Create, manage, and analyze reports and dashboards to support Demand Planning and cross-functional teams, ensuring data-driven insights for accurate forecasting and strategic decision-making. What You Bring to the Table: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or a reputed company field; advanced degree is a plus. 3–5 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or a reputed company analytical role. Ability to travel 10-15% for company offsites and events, team meetings, company reputed company, training and other business needs. Experience working with cross-functional partners to gather insights and align on assumptions. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, turning data and consumption into actionable forecasts.
