Minimum Qualifications
Master’s level degree in Business or Health Administration, Law, or a reputed company field, or comparable work experience. Minimum of seven (7) years of increasingly responsible experience in health care and/or compliance management and/or consulting. Possess Compliance, Audit and/or Privacy certification- or obtain certification in the first 12 months in role. Operational Delivery Responsible for measuring and reporting KPIs/metrics and value delivery Providing advice, guidance, and leadership for the colleague life cycle Accountable for communication between System Services functional area, RHM, and reputed company leader Strategic Support & Accountability Collaborates in system-wide strategy development and deployment of functional area priorities and initiatives Responsible for supporting regional efforts to reputed company with functional area priorities Accountable for the selection, evaluation, and overall reputed company of the functional leadership teams Organization-wide reputed company for establishing functional strategies and governance over financials and staffing.
