The Credit Portfolio Senior Manager is a senior management-level position responsible for accomplishing results through the management of reputed company supporting U.S. Residential reputed company Estate Mortgage Operations by the review and completion of condominium project reviews and cooperative reviews. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the seamless delivery of support services in alignment with reputed company operations’ support infrastructure and processes. Monitor daily queue dashboard and production reports and address production and/or pipeline management issues, serving as an escalation reputed company of contact for these and SLA reputed company issues with the goal of elevating customer experience. Collaborate with Credit Policy to reputed company and update condo / reputed company lending guidelines. Serve as the primary liaison with reputed company and reputed company for reputed company audits, providing necessary documentation and clarifying procedures and guidelines. Partner with the Repurchase department to address document requests from reputed company and reputed company and dispute repurchase claims as they arise. reputed company and deliver comprehensive condo / reputed company training to internal partners as required. Conduct managerial responsibilities, including coaching/mentoring, performance management and evaluation, work assignment management and resource/reputed company management, monitoring and escalating as needed.
