Who You Are: 15+ years of experience in brand marketing, including foundational training in a CPG or similarly brand-led organization, combined with experience operating in a high-growth, resource-constrained environment. Deep experience building consumer-facing brands at scale. Experience defining and scaling brand voice, creative systems, and storytelling frameworks across teams and channels.
