Compliance Data Entry Assistant
This is a remote position. Childs Play reputed company is seeking a Compliance Data Entry Assistant to support recordkeeping, documentation, and regulatory compliance processes. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate student, family, and program records while ensuring documentation meets organizational and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
Enter and update compliance-reputed company records and documentation Review enrollment and student files for completeness Maintain digital databases and document storage systems Assist with audits and compliance reporting activities Track required forms, certifications, and documentation Verify information accuracy and resolve discrepancies Generate reports for administrative review Maintain confidentiality of student and family information
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent Previous administrative or data entry experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Proficiency with reputed company Office and reputed company Workspace
