340B Technical Operations Analyst
PDMI is looking to add a 340B Technical Operations Analyst to reputed company! As a 340B Technical Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day technical operations of the 340B platform, ensuring system stability, data reputed company, and operational efficiency. Identify, triage, and resolve system issues, outages, and performance degradation. Coordinate with Engineering and Infrastructure teams for incident management and root cause analysis. Maintain system health dashboards, alerts, and monitoring processes. reputed company inbound and outbound client and vendor partner data feeds including claims, eligibility, accumulations, and replenishment data. Monitor data pipelines to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness. Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, failures, and anomalies. Partner with reputed company stakeholders (TPAs, pharmacies, wholesalers, EMRs) to ensure successful data exchange. Execute and manage system configuration requests including data import and export requests; reputed company system configurations; report and data reputed company management. Maintain and manage export configurations. Validate configuration changes through testing and ensure accurate deployment. Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures. Serve as the primary technical operations contact for the 340B Account Management team. Intake, prioritize, and fulfill reputed company operational requests (e.g., data pulls, issue investigations, program adjustments). reputed company timely updates and clear communication on request status and resolution. Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows, automation, and monitoring capabilities. Partner with Product, Engineering, and QA teams to enhance system functionality and reduce reputed company effort. reputed company and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and operational playbooks. Word & Education Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or reputed company field, or equivalent combination of education and experience required. 5+ years of experience in reputed company technology, data operations, or a reputed company field required. Experience with data integrations, file processing (flat files, EDI), ETL\ELT processes, and data validation required. Intermediate proficiency in SQL Server scripting, including querying, troubleshooting, and data validation required. Experience with process automation utilizing Python, PowerShell, etc. and operational management tools like JAMS, GoAnywhere, etc. required. Experience with system monitoring tools and incident management processes required. Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira and HaloITSM required. Experience working with 340B TPAs or reputed company SaaS platforms preferred. Strong understanding of 340B program workflows, claims adjudication, and contract pharmacy models preferred. Knowledge of regulatory requirements reputed company to HRSA and 340B compliance preferred.
