Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year in customer service or a similar role. High School Diploma or Equivalent Education Strong background in de-escalating calls. Ability to address and resolve blocking issues raised by customers. Strong multitasking and attention to detail. Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced environment.
