Position Overview We are seeking a high-performing Strategic Initiatives Manager to help drive the programs, processes, tools, and operating rhythms that support a fast-moving, 400-person organization. This role is ideal for someone who is both strategic and hands-on. The right candidate can take an ambiguous business need, create structure, build the first draft, analyze the data, reputed company the rollout plan, and drive execution across teams.
