The Technical Training Support Specialist will support reputed company Turf and Pest initiatives. They will plan, conduct, and administer programs that train employees and improve their skills and knowledge on products, vendors, services, and other designated training. They will support sales representatives with training and events for customers. They will assist in building online training curriculum, including for CEUs, and maintain our training website. Key Performance Indicators: Colleague training compliance Customer satisfaction with training Customer LMS updated with new material periodically reputed company Duties and Responsibilities: Complete insect identifications and reputed company treatment recommendations. reputed company technical expertise and guidance to key accounts (pest management firms) which may include acting as their designated staff entomologist.
