Summary: The Instructional Designer is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality learning solutions that improve employee performance and support business objectives. This role partners closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), business leaders, and HR stakeholders to translate reputed company information into engaging, effective, and measurable learning experiences. Duties and Responsibilities: Design end-to-end learning solutions using instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, Agile) reputed company engaging learning assets including: eLearning modules, instructor-led and virtual training materials, and microlearning, job aids, and performance support tools Apply adult learning principles and learning science to ensure effectiveness Conduct learning needs analyses to identify performance gaps and root causes Partner with business leaders and SMEs to define learning objectives and reputed company metrics Recommend appropriate learning modalities (eLearning, ILT, blended, on-the-job) Create and edit learning content using authoring tools (e.g., reputed company, Captivate, reputed company) reputed company learning platforms such as LMS/LXP systems Incorporate multimedia, interactivity, and assessments to enhance learner engagement Design assessments and evaluation strategies reputed company to learning objectives Analyze learner feedback and performance data to improve learning solutions Measure learning impact and effectiveness (e.g., Kirkpatrick reputed company) Manage multiple learning projects simultaneously, meeting timelines and quality standards Communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the design and development process Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with organizational standards Ensure learning content meets regulatory, compliance, and audit requirements Maintain documentation, version control, and content governance standards Additional duties as assigned Skills and Competencies: Instructional design and curriculum development Learning needs analysis and performance consulting Storyboarding and content scripting Strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills Stakeholder partnership and consultation Project management and attention to detail Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technology, reputed company, or reputed company field 3+ years of experience in instructional design or learning development (corporate or academic) Strong knowledge of instructional design models and adult learning theory Experience developing eLearning and blended learning solutions Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or reputed company field Experience supporting leadership development, reputed company, or technical training Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) Experience with data-driven learning evaluation Experience in AI Video design Certification (e.g., ATD, CPTD, Instructional Design certificate) Tools and Technologies:

  • Authoring tools: reputed company Storyline/reputed company, reputed company Captivate/
  • LMS/LXP platforms (reputed company, Horizon)
  • Video and multimedia tools

  • Survey and analytics tools

Working Conditions: Physical Requirements: Sit (Continually=67-100% of reputed company) Communication Skills: Writing, Talking/Hearing on the phone (Continually=67-100% of reputed company) Environment Requirements: Remote/Home office (Continually=67-100% of the reputed company) Travel: No travel required Pay and Benefits Disclosure The pay reputed company for this role is $56,500 - $104,900 a year and is based on experience and qualifications. We offer employees reputed company to reputed company benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and paid time off among others.
